  • From where can I buy your products?
    Click on the Etsy Shop tab on our Home Page or our Shop link on our Contact Us page to place orders.
  • Are your products shipped nationwide?
    Yes. We ship all across US. Shipping cost and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • What if the product arrives damaged?
    We take utmost care wrapping the product before shipping them. However, accidents can happen enroute. Do not worry. Send us a picture of the damaged/broken item within 2 days of the receiving the product and we will replace the product for free.
  • Can I cancel my order anytime?
    Yes. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order. Please note that a 10% non-refundable fee will be applied if you decide to cancel. Also, orders that have been shipped or customized cannot be cancelled.
